The Farm is overseen by a voluntary management committee. This consists of a group of local people who meet bimonthly to discuss issues concerning the farm. The management committee is responsible for the governance of the Farm including finance, policies and strategic planning. Committee members work with the regular staff and volunteer team to produce business and strategic plans which fulfill the charitable aims and objectives of the Farm and meet the needs of the local community. Committee members also spend time at the farm to assist with fundraising, events and various practical and administrative tasks necessary to run the farm.
