Have a go at being a city farmer for a day. You will have the chance to meet the animals feed, muck out and groom them. Learn what you need to provide for an animal in your care and get a taster of a career in animal care. You will also get an introduction to Freightliners Farm and to health and safety working with animals and in a farm environment. If you are thinking about joining one of our regular young people’s activities or volunteering this is a great introduction and gives you a fast track route to signing up.

This session is part of Islington Councils Recreation and Adventure Programme providing young people aged 13 upwards who are resident or go to school in Islington to take on a challenge, gain new experiences and explore the outdoors.
