The farm is a working space with animals and specific associated risks which can be limited by care and awareness, therefore visitors are required to follow health and safety guidance and instruction from staff and volunteers at all times. As much of the farm's work involves supporting people many of whom have health vulnerabilities additional measures remain in place to limit the transmission of Covid-19. Please make sure to familiarise yourself with the visitor guidance before entry to the farm.
open access visiting
Individuals, friends and families are welcome to come by and discover the farm on a drop-in, self-guided basis during our opening hours. Visiting the farm is free at point of entry with running costs supported by donations, grants and income from farm services.
School & Group visits
We welcome groups from schools, nurseries and community organisations to access the unique learning opportunities and experiences of a farm visit. All groups are required to book to avoid overcrowding and groups who have not booked may be turned away. To ensure the quality and safety of the visit groups of over 10 children are required to book a guided session led by a member of staff at a small cost.
Corporate team days
We also offer corporate team sessions on the farm as a rewarding and therapeutic experience for teammates. Events can include corporate volunteering or away day experience sessions with the income generated supporting the charitable work of the farm. Please contact us below for more details.
